More than caregivers or personal assistants
Our caregivers are fluent in English, bonded and insured. So, you don’t have to worry about someone taking advantage of your loved one, of being held liable if they are hurt on the job, or if something is broken or ends up missing. And, if a caregiver is unable to make it to work, we will find a trusted replacement.series of interviews, reference checks, skill reviews, background checks and training.
We hire our caregivers because of their experience, enthusiasm, trustworthiness and compassion. Then our unique process allows us to create relationships that are often so strong, our clients say our people are more than caregivers…they're members of the family.
We are licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Health and each caregiver undergoes a series of interviews, reference checks, skill reviews, background checks and training.
